As many of you know, Bill(DH) has been off for a year now, not unemployment all of the time, but since april....He had an interview set up for last tues, and that morning he got a call about another interview that afternoon. My hubby was laid off from his job on 12/31 after almost 35 years with the same company! Although near retirement age, he's not ready for it and neither am I. Unemployment is high here and the outlook for another job is bleak. He's driving me nuts and I'm driving him nuts!!!

got the job with the longer hours, but at a better rate then we figured....the other job just called his ex boss yesterday(8 days after he was told we would hear from them the next day).....There are pros and cons to both, but this job has been constantly in contact with us, and he knows many of the key company people from his last job....Looks like he starts next monday....WOOOOO HOOOOOO...thanks for all the postitive thoughts and prayers....Jodie 14|3|YAY!!!
