Both of the Walmart I can go to here within a hour's drive are doing a total store makeover. Shelves are empty pretty much in clothing area..not sure about food stuff as I didn't go to food area last time I was there, but have talked to other people complaining about it as well. Can't find ANYthing in the stores IF they have it even. They should have just shut the doors for a few days..did what they needed to do ..and then reopen. Would have been much better and definately less frustrating for everyone. 5|2|They had been doing that for some time now, a little at a time it seems...I notice a slightly different lay out to the shelves, and there is not as many brand selections or type selections (scents, flavors, etc).....even Kelloggs's cereals, I noticed today, have half the selection they used to. The store is basically laid out the same though, so I can find stuff, but I have had to really keep an eye on what items they no longer carry (Bumble Bee tuna pouches being one of them! My son said there are some people who come thru his check out line w/some pretty good coupon piles & that he's seen some really high cents-off ones. Since he's so familiar w/it thanks to me ;), he knows a good deal when he sees one. Believe it or not, he said he's been using coupons himself when he can find some for stuff he needs/is going to buy. How rare is it for an 18 yr. old young man to use coupons?! ;-O
