We do not know what we ought to pray for but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints in accordance with Gods will.
1 Corinthians 2;12
We have not received the Spirit who is from God, that we may understand what God has freely given us.
Romans 8;15
For you did not rceive a spirit that makes you a slave again to fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship. And by him we cry, "Abba Father."

The Serenity Prayer
God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one moment at a time;
Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
Taking, as He did, this sinful world
as it is, not as I would have it;
Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His will;
