I purchased a game for my son off of Ebay on 1/27/10. After a few weeks of not receiving the game I notified the seller and asked if they had mailed the game. The seller replied back and said they had mailed the game on 2/4/10 but maybe because of the snow it had been delayed. So, I agreed to wait four more days to see if maybe it would show. It didn't. I notified the seller and asked for a refund and they replied back and said they would need the game in order to give a refund because what if I really had the game. If I had the game I wouldn't ask for a refund. So, I notified them again and asked for a refund. When they didn't reply back to me I contacted Ebay and let them know. Ebay says the seller has agreed to reimburse me. It's only been 3 days but my question is how long should I wait before notifying Ebay again?
