Crockpot Potato Bacon Chowder

I followed this recipe pretty closely, used some chicken stock instead of canned broth, and used cream of celery soup instead of cream of chicken....it is delicious :) I did have to add some instant potato flakes to thicken it a bit at the end....maybe a half cup or so.

Both were super easy to make! I'm thinking next time I make the chowder, I'll add some frozen corn, maybe a cup
or so....and a tip on the Cheddar Bay biscuits, add a little Old Bay seasoning to the melted butter!
