4 medium sized russet potatoes, washed and cut into wedges (I get about 6 wedges per potato)
2 tbs olive oil or canola oil
seasoned salt, pepper, garlic salt and paprika to taste
After you cut the potatoes, soak them in a bowl of cold water for about 15 mins while preheating the oven to 425 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix together oil and seasonings, set aside.
When oven is ready, drain potatoes, pat dry with paper towels. Add potato wedges to bowl of oil and seasonings, toss to coat well. Place in single layer on baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, turn wedges over, bake for another 20 mins.
Easy peasy.....you can use any spices you'd like really :)

PS--if you have a nonstick baking sheet use that..if using a regular baking sheet, spray with non stick spray before laying potato wedges on it to bake.
