I don't know of any free shipping codes but there's a website where you can go that offers codes like that.  I've never been there but it's probably sometimes like, wwwfreecodes or wwwfreeshippingcodes or something like that..  I buy a lot of herb and mint seeds from Artisticgardens.com They are CHEAP and the postage isn't that bad.  I just got my order from them yesterday in fact.. only took about 2 weeks!
