Drink lots of water... not sugary drinks
Cranberry juice is good
no sitting in bathwater
have sugar checked
wipe front to back (TMI)

Last year had it 4 months 0ne after the other. Went to Uroligist and couldn't find anything.
And regular dr. kept giving me 1 antibitic after another.
They don't work. Will lyk what results I get from seeing uroligist
