poor guy..his eyes get glazed over after a few hours but he was a trouper and came along, although I gracefully gave him an out before we left home.
went to CVS, got all my daughter's Pictures for free. pays to procrastinate..finally used the free 50 pics when you sign up on line deal with her card and mine. Printed the "Save the Date" pics to mailed out for her wedding in July. Sweet!!
next..off to the Children's Place, clothing store. they are having a huge clearance sale and had a 15% off coupon. got a large bag of clothes so cheap. 2 baby gifts, 2 birthday gifts and a surprise for a friend's little one. It was fun shopping to kids clothes again.
Victoria Secret, had 2 $10 off coupons. snagged 4 gift sets for only $5 total. had to ring stuff up seperately but the girl was nice about it.
Red Lobster..lunch was OK, not great but I had a $10 gift card..manager came over and asked how things were, said we didnt look overy pleased. I told him things were fine but he kept pushing it, finally hubby spilled the beans..it was one of those 1 thing after another deals. comped the whole meal even after I told him it was fine and did not want him to do that. now I still have the $10 gift card that expires in March. and free lunch (which was really cheap to begin with)
staples...LOL...needed printer ink and got the paper that was $1 each, limit of 2. get to the register and the girl rolls her eyes after finishing with the person before me and says "I just love people with coupons"...LOL..Hubby looks at her and says "she has a coupon too"...LOL..the girl couldnt stop complaining about customers and saying at least we were nice. reality is the 15% off coupon I had could be used as many times as you wanted over 2 days, so not sure why she was complaining. (I used it once)...on the way out hubby said she was a little wacky...just a little...
Weis markets. had Yokishiba 50c off noodles and free Marcal to use up before the 31st. the kid at the register was so amazed at how much money I was saving, asked questions on how to print coupons offline and find them, he was more excited about how much I saved than I was...LOL..and he made sure he got every coupon doubled correctly. was so nice for a change, the older caheirs make you feel like your stealing something if you use a coupon..LOL..they are kind of funny..

picked up country ribs for 99 cents a pound, chicken 59 cents a pound, and ham for 99 cents a pound. Sending bf tomorrow to pick up more meat, but went today as I wanted to make a big pot of sinigang and didn't have the stuff in the house to make it, got it cooking on the stove now...cannot wait to eat it..

o on meat all the time, we do most of our meat shopping there, store is kept clean, big parking lot and close to home and best of all I can walk there, it's only a 15 minutes walk from the house.
