guess they don't want the scanners back, not mention of them in the letter so have no idea what were suppose to do with them, hate to throw it in the landfill, I cashed out my points last week, but they said you have till march to redeem your points. I loved this program and will miss it.

was scanning and not everything was going through, they actually asked for everything back. this was a little while ago. person I talked to said they had others with the same issue. they were suppose to send a new scanner but never did, had so many issues that I just let it go and never called them

We had moved and I had never hooked up the scanner in our new house. They sent me a letter asking me to return it, complete with packaging and DHL info. So I did and I really never expected to see the gc but it arrived within weeks.

that is plugged into the phone line and gets transmitted that way. I know there is another company that has a scanner that plugs into the usb port on computer, I use to belong to that one also but I quit it, it wasn't compatible when I got my new computer.
