Although my service provider's website STILL says they're working on maintenance, I believe the problem lies at this end with the new protection software.   <P>Believe me, we ARE working on it!!!  (I'm going nuts!)<P>So for those people with outstanding trades waiting on communication from me---please do NOT think I am ignoring you or that I do not want the items....I just can't talk through my normal channels at the moment.  <P>Thanks for understanding.
