please pray for my daughter
my daughter was in a car accident last week a 18 year old rear ended her. she went to the er for back and neck pain and was really dizzy. they said she had severe whiplash and could not work for a month. she didnt feel anybetter so they sent her to a specialist and they said her spine is really knocked out of alignment and also her jaw is out of alignment and theres some discs in her neck out of place. she might not be able to work for 6 months to a year if ever at her present job. we are so upset she is only 25 and dont know how the bills will get paid. on top of that the kid that hit her has no bodily injury insurance so his insurance wont pay any of her medical bills. so im asking all of you to please pray for her. thank you! 1|1|Prays for your daughter! Will her normal medical insurance pick up the tab? What about her own car insurance? Just because he didn't have insurance doesn't mean you won't be able to sue and get some recovery at a later time. Don't worry so much about the legalities now, but here's my unsolicited advice:
Keep a journal - like a diary. Make notes of treatment received, what doctors said, etc. because if you sue later, your attorney will want to know where she was treated, what tests, etc. so they can get records.
Don't give a recorded statement to HIS insurance. They like to twist things. Give one to yours, and if the other guy's insurance calls, tell them to speak to yours since you've already given a statement.
Keep track of out of pocket expenses. Does she have a short-term disability policy at work? If she has to quit her job due to health reasons, she may qualify for UC, but do ask first before "quitting".

you cannot use your health coverage for an auto accident. her insurance will only pay for the first 10,000 dollars and then his kicks in. but beings he doesnt have bodily injury his insurance wont pay anything they already sent her a letter stateing that they wont pay.she has short term disability from her job but that doesnt pay enough to cover her bills. shes really worried her job will let her go. she can sue the kid or his dad but if they have no assests you cant get anything. 4|1|Sending extra special prayers for you daughter.
