My ds friends mom informed me this morning as we were leaving the school that a shild that had just been transferred into his class from another class had grabbed her child and my childs rear end and pinched them there the school is blowing it off as no big deal well it is a big deal they are only 7 yrs old and that is sexual assault according to there handbook and I pointed that out.... any advice will be greatly appreciated.. I know what ever happened in the other class does involve CPS and another girl.......

my daughter Sabrina is 8 and in third grade. There is a boy in her class that has twiced told her he was going to "kill" her. The first time Sabrina said she didn't hear him say it although other kids did, I think she didn't want to get him in trouble. The second time she told her teacher, the teacher took him to the office, parents were called and he was sent home. The next day he brought in an appology letter to the principal and one for Sabrina and there has been no problems since. Before this all happened she talked about him on a daily basis now she hardly ever mentions his name so I guess him parents set him straight about it. Make sure the principal knows and tell him/her to let the child's parents know so they can handle it on there end also. 2|1|if its the 1st ofence at that age they usually blow it off,i would demand that the read her records and see if this has hapeened befor,and go with your gut maybe this girl is crying out for help...|crazymomx2|crazymomx3girls@hotmail.com|11:22:29|01/26/2010|
