If I get this printer, all I need is one of the black toner cartridges and a cord??...like the one shown lower on the page....or do I need something else too?

Or adding a printer? If you are replacing, you should already have the printer/usb cord (unless your printer is the older kind with the pronged cord end that plugs into the back of your puter in a specified slot)....so if you already have a usb cord, no need to buy that.|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|07:06:47|01/23/2010|

This printer comes with a "starter" toner cartridge....not as full as a new replacement one you will need to buy either now or when the "starter" runs out.
You will get more mileage out of this HP laser printer than any ink jet but you do have to get used to just B&W and not color...I have an older model B&W HP laser jet and its been great!
