We go there every year. But they only have cpns for 1st time clients. That's unfair to those of us who go every year. Any help?

And as fees are form based...I know there is a charge for that form and pretty much everyone will have that new form. But if you've been a loyal customer, your prices should not raise much---there are 'safety' measures to keep returning customer's prices from going up more than a certain % each year.
You are better off, however, to use a Block office that is NOT in a big city---but outside the city. It is the difference between corporate and franchise locations. And Franchise locations CAN be more flexible (that is a general statement and is not true in every situation---as there are exceptions to every rule). You can always complain and ask to see the manager....worst they can say is No....but they might discount your prep.
But the Upromise SHOULD work for returning clients...you just need to print it out BEFORE you go. At least it gives you SOMETHING back even as a returning customer.
