ok this is for my neighbor.....ok she has her son living with her which is 47. well she wants him out cause hes just sooo bad to her and does not respect her at all. like he gets in her face and tells her not to touch his food and how dirty she looks and telling her "look you aint nobody". she is soo upset. she got all panicy and depressed. shes 65 years old and a total sweetheart. she would do anything for anyone. the thing she was wondering is...how can she evict him? she was told she cant just tell him to leave cause hes on the lease. he was paying her rent and other things like food. but in the last 3 months he hasnt gave her a dime,but he claims he did. does anyone know or suggest anything? were in nj.......plmk thanks 1|1|See inside...|Sara_s_Mom|IClipCoupons@gmail.com|13:17:04|01/14/2010|
If he is abusing her, then she needs to report him to the police. Does she let him live there because he was paying her bills? Can't she afford the place on her own? Maybe she should think about leaving him and going elsewhere. No child should ever treat a parent like that... it sounds like he's the typical abusive husband, but with his mom!
Many states have ways to report elder abuse. Is her name on the lease too?
