I've been making caramel popcorn since last week..I've made about 4 batches so far..
and last night..I finally made the best of all..I found the karo syrup with brown sugar in it..OMG
all of the popcorn has been great..but I just keep "missing" a flavor...atleast to me.. BUT
last night's batch was the best...My boss and mailmen love me...they have been the official testers..
of course john and haley love it.. BUT I found what I was missing....I'll go thru this little "caramel popcorn"
for a while..then I'll get my fill and then it will be on to something else. : )
i've been using the recipe that after you make the topping..I stir it..and then I bake it...YUM!!
