I'm encountering too many people who are "sending cash" or "didn't realize Paypal meant Paypal" or "having problems with Paypal." Hmmm, funny. When I say I'm sending cash, guess what -- I send it. When I read that a trader is trading for specific renumeration, that is the method I expect to pay in. And problems with Paypal. I have had a Paypal account for 10 years now and can honestly say I had ONE problem processing a payment. It's actually a pretty reliable program.
But the one I like best is -- Oh, I was hoping someone would outbid me so that I wouldn't have to pay for it."
Maybe it's Christmas and people feel they can get away with this crap easily. Maybe it's the end of the year and I'm just stressed out. But right now this isn't fun.

I don't know what it is. not making excuses for anyone but maybe it happened. couldnt get in the one eve at all and another day it was so slow, I finally logged off,waited an hour or so, and went back in.
but it didnt take days..not sure how long it took the person.
sorry you are having so much trouble, I think people are just really busy right now, and forget they made a trade. I had days go between people emailing for a trade and then finally following through.
