My 13 year old hates the color of her teeth (they aren't pearly white) and wants to try these. Her dentist told us some peoples teeth aren't and we could try these if we wanted but had no advice as to what brand or type to use. I looked at them but have no idea which would be better-strips, tray or little tubes you break open and apply. Has anybody tried these and did they make a difference?

And they really made my teeth hurt. Maybe they've changed since then though.
