I might also make Strull & some Rommegrot. My mom makes Krumkake & donuts so we swap. :) And yesterday we were discussing getting together to make some Lefse....
Rosettes, Strull, Krumkake, Rommegrot & Lefse are Norwegian delicacies. Lefse is the only one that isn't sweet (it's basically just potatoes & flour) but is just as yummy, especially buttered & wrapped around Polsa (sausage). :)
We live in the Land of the Free only because of the Brave!
