...Saw one yesterday that I thought about buying, along with a bag of glue inserts (whatever those things are called??), but decided not to buy them. Last thing I want to do is end up with a miserable mess or burn myself ha ha!!
What you y'all think, for anyone who has bought one before???
Oh yeah, I'm talking about hot glue guns too, just in case there's any confusion ; )

They were not selling any at ours and we noticed that they had a recall notice up for one of them. I'm not sure what brand it was, but it would be worth asking them to look at their recall notices to see why it was pulled and if it is the same one they have on the shelves in your store.

1 is a very small cheap one and uses the cool stick i hate it for 2 reason it doesn't stand up on the leg stand theygive u and with the cool glue i find things just don't stick
i have a big glue gun i took away from dh and its the best thing there is so i would say spend a little more to get a good one if u gonna use it mych at all
have had for years so not sure where he got it or how much it even was hth vickie

I got it from QVC awhile ago. Works great! They might have them at the craft store.

I was shopping out of town in Sacramento at a "99 Cents Only" store on Saturday when I saw the glue gun and thought about buying it. Don't think I've ever noticed any glue guns being sold here locally at the three different dollar type stores we have...I'll have to check that out in the next few days!! Thanks for everyone's input!!!
Just e-mailed "99 Cents Only" on-line to let them about this matter, and where I saw the glue gun I was thinking about buying.

to push the stick down slightly....and glue came out all over my thumb.....was the worst burn i have ever had.........only thing i could do was run to sink and run water over it....and thats not a smart thing to do.....i peeled off skin and all! it hurts to think about it
