Well, if you didn't hear me screaming for joy today, you totally missed it.
For today, at 4PM EST, I walked out of my LAST PhD class. NO MORE CLASSES!!!
It's been a long haul of about 4 years, but I hope to be done with dissertation by March 17, my 42nd birthday. I should graduated in June.
Thanks to all my traders for their support (and patience when I messed up a trade from being distracted)!
But most of all thanks to my mom for all her support. I could NOT have done it without you! If you know Marilyn Maynard (MSM276) send her an email congratulating her. I think she is as thrilled (and even more proud) as I am.

My research interests include learning styles, students attitudes toward science and cooperative learning and critical thinking skills.
This week is my last week of data collection for dissertation. Looking forward to getting all of the data entered so I can begin the data analysis. I LOVE DATA! It is a powerful tool that can be used to make decisions that affect the quality of education our young people.
I have a lead on a full time job HERE so everyone needs to keep their fingers crossed.
