After 15 ear infections in less than 2 months and numerous severe bloody ear infections I convinced the family doctor to send my ds whos only 9 to a Ear, Nose Throat Specialist... I hope it takes care of it...

The poor little guy walked out of the office crying because he dont wanna have surgery but it is for the better..He is going to remove his tonsils, adenoids and put tubes in his ears... pray for him.

my oldest son had 8 set of tubes. First pair went in at 9 months of age. Tubes stayed in place for
6 months to a yr. Tubes would fall out then, and my son would start getting ear infections over again.
After 2 or three time of ear infections, we would see the ear doc and another set would be put in.
After yrs he out grow the problem. Has no problems now at the age of 16. And his hearing is great.
I can't beleive your doc let it go on so long. Glad your son is seeing someone that will help him now.

i used to keep strep throat all the time when i was young had tonsils and adnoids out
and i did better
now if i could get these sinuses removed LOL i wouldn't have as many infections
ughhhh
will be praying for the young man
