AND why can't I stop after 1 bowl.. AND why do I pick out all of those marshmallows and
pollute my cereal bowl with them? someone please tell me why?

Being a sane and responsible adult...you've read the vitamin content and it doesn't make it sound quite so bad. They never mentioned it was only if you use vitamin enriched milk that you get those nutrients. LOL
And as to why you pick out the marshmallows? Do you save them for last (I admit it...I do too).
I try to tell myself it is logical because only after sitting in the milk for a good soak do they become even vaguely soft enough to be compared to a marshmallow.
The upside of eating cereal as a late night snack---it really IS better for you than chips, cookies, etc. After all, you're drinking milk! How bad can it be?

I love them.... my bowl consists of 75% marshmallows and 25% cereal...LOL
my hubby gets stuck eating the rest of the cereal...LOL But that's ok.
he's a health nut...and you know all of that crap.. those aren't good for you..wah wah wah..

But then I have other strange "quirks", like eating Chex, Cheerios & the Frosted Mini Wheat Bites as a snack, dry & w/OUT it being in a bowl w/milk. LOL Done it for years, plop down on the couch to read or watch tv w/the whole box of Cheerios or Chex. My dad used to say to me, "Don't you know you're supposed to eat breakfast food in a bowl w/milk like normal people"? LOL Then, wouldn't ya know it, Chex came out w/that blasted commercial about, "Don't eat Chex w/out the milk"! I swear my dad had something to do w/that. ROFL!!
