is it apropriate for a 3 and 5 yr old? DH was thinking of getting it for the grandkids.......but I haven't heard much about it.....so just wondering.

The beginning is probably hard for them to understand, when the old man reminisces about how he met his wife, when they got married and when she died, but the rest of the movie I think they would enjoy. :) Rebekka

There were 1 or 2 things he didn't totally understand but we talked about it after the movie and he didn't have any problems. He was sad when he realized the woman died but it was handled well in the ovie.

My kids loved it! I did too. I have a friend who said her daughter didn't like it and cried. Like someone else said I think it was a great conversation starter.
