Normally I wouldnt do this but my Dad decided he had to attempt to get the walls up on his new garage (hes a carpenter) by himself today. Unfortunately, he is 62 years old. He managed to trip, roll off some plywood and when he landed he hit the back of his head on the corner of a cinder block. My brother just called to tell me about it. Said Dad blacked out several times after hitting his head before he was finally able to get to his cell and call my brother. Jeff took him to the hospital, even tho Dad didnt want to go. Said there was no bleeding but at first there was a large indention in the back of his head and now it has swollen up alot. I live over a 1000 miles away so I cant make it there to be with him. Please, keep my Dad in your prayers that its nothing worse than a concussion. Thank you so much!

We were on our way to a confrence for DH's deployment and I havent had internet service since yesterday posting this. We got awesome news. The dr said he has a mild concussion, isnt able to work for approx 48 hrs. He said that Dad landed just right (if that is actually possible.) IF he had landed 1/4 of an inch higher on his skull, he would have been knocked out for hours and it would have broken his skull. They didnt even do an MRI, said due to the location, he would be sore w/major headaches but that he actually landed on a muscle so no damage to his skull or brain. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU so very much for all your prayers. I always say the power of prayer works and it did. Bless you all!!
