I have just got through cooking 5 whole chickens and 6 chicken breasts to make Chicken Salad.
Have to make a lot because everyone wants their own little container full to take home after we eat dinner
Will be cooking all weekend as I am feeding my entire family for Thanksgivng and cooking it all except for 2 items that my sister-in-law is bringing
and I will be feeding between 25 to 30 people
Plus I have to clean house, wash clothes, set up tables and double check and make sure I have everything I need since I have to work every day next week
I have a lot of cooking in front of me for the next 5 days!!

took me all day to make this and I have enough for everyone to have their fair share and wish
I could share some with all my friends on RS but check out the recipe and give it a try
It is very simple and this is the way my Mom made it and we all loved it and she only made it
once a year at Thanksgiving and somehow I am carrying on her tradition for my 3 brothers.
