16 0|0|Can you freeze cooked ham?|2goatsandadove|dana@otelco.net|20:36:41|11/17/2009|

Hubby went to a turkey shoot and came home with not one, not two, but three hams and a roll of hambuger meat. Gave one ham away and plan to save one for Thanksgiving. Cooked the third one and have tons of leftovers. I wondered if I could chop it up and freeze it to use for ham salad, in omelets, etc? Thanks for your answers. 1|1|Sure you can. Ham even bought is precooked and you are just reheating it|Kristy|mi3zons1@yahoo.com|20:44:19|11/17/2009|

be like Forrest Gump and his shrimp if we couldn't freeze the ham - ham sandwiches, ham salad, baked potatoes stuffed with ham, ham and cornmeal dumplings, ham biscuits, hot ham and cheese melts, ham omelets, ham and potato soup... 6|2|We never freeze leftovers... I simply never have them LOL|Kristy|mi3zons1@yahoo.com|22:16:41|11/17/2009|

I made French toast last night using French bread loaves...I made 2 full loaves, total of about 36 peices of French toast....there was 6 pieces left last night when I cleaned up the kitchen....and Josh polished those off last night before he went to bed! :O That on top of 2lbs of sausage patties.....sheesh! LOL

My son can polish off a footlong from Subway like it's a snack (I can't even finish half a footlong). And a snack to him is a big Family size bag of chips, an apple or whatever, AND a large bag of Jack's Links along w/2 tall glasses of milk! LOL I get full just watching him, & then a couple hrs. later (if that), he's starving again. I often wonder to myself, "where did all that food go you just devoured a little bit ago"???? This, when he's not even as active as usual. LOL

13|6|Yeah, Josh asks for 2 footlongs when we go to Subway....good grief, he's the smaller of the two and he eats like a lumberjack, always has! LOL|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|17:59:50|11/18/2009|

I have 2 picky barely eaters and one that is in the middle of a growth spurt who can now eat double portions of everything, but you will not hear me complain because if I had to make 36 pieces of french toast I would hope I could stretch 2 meals out of it. I have it easy! Thanks for making me see that. :0) 15|8|We do breakfast for dinner|Kristy|mi3zons1@yahoo.com|19:29:26|11/18/2009|

We make half a dozen eggs, about twenty pancakes (about five inches in diameter), a package of sausage made into patties, two packages of link sausages, at least one pack of bacon, and about a dozen potatoes made into homemade hashbrowns. When we are done it's all gone every time LOL

If we order pizza it's three large from papa johns and they are all gone. I could go on ... I limit their milk but they could easily do more than a gallon a day.

LOL The rest of us together eat about what Josh eats, sometimes quite a bit less than he eats. But he's the thinnest of us all! LOL|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|20:35:54|11/18/2009|
