1 can whole kernel corn, drained
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
3/4 c milk

I just got our turkey this morning (18 lbs for $4, so that is awesome!) and I may wind up cooking it early because I cannot freeze it and my fridge just does not stay as cold as it should. So as soon as I can feel it is thawed I will probably nominate DH to cook it! That is how I cook a good bird, LOL! 26|6|Great deal on the turkey, Vanessa :) I wish my dh could boil water, let alone cook a turkey! LOL|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|19:20:47|11/18/2009|

25|5|Wanted to add, you can double the recipe and put it in a larger pan, like a 11X15 baking pan...or add one more can of creamed corn and another half box of Jiffy cornbread mix and make it in a 9X13 pan. :)|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|19:20:13|11/18/2009|
