I love..love..love the first snow... and i'm trying to tell copper and bella about it.. but they just
keep looking at me with that "what are you saying, why are you excited look"... THEY are just not getting it..
SO then I call john at work.. AND i can tell he's a little, itty bit busy.. And i'm so excited and i'm like
"it's snowing..it's snowing"..and he's like in this busy, can't talk mode.. "oh really"...OH REALLY..YES
can't someone share my excitement??? SO..I call my sister cellphone..UH no answer...I call my mom and dad..
UH Answering machine... SO Here I am telling my ONLINE family.. It's snowing...It's snowing.. Please someone
be excited with me...or atleast for me.. OK...so it's not like i'm going to go build a snowman.. BUT it's snowing..

I just went downstairs into our storage and started dragging out the christmas stuff...LOL
I am downsizing..so far I have a huge rubbermaid storage of excess christmas stuff that I'm donating
to goodwill or somewhere like that!!

I spent many years living in a cabin on the edge of BLM land with a whole lot of snow and very few neighbors (most of the year our closest neighbors were about a mile away) and although there were times when I loved it there, it pretty much soured me on snow. LOL! But I can still be happy for your excitement.

I've been getting anxious for a good dumping to cover up all the brown & bareness. I do NOT like snowy/slippery roads but snow on the lawns, trees, etc. is fine as we need it to brighten things up a bit outside. Christmas lights/decorations are just SOOO much prettier against a glistening blanket of fresh white snow, & w/all the Christmas stuff filling up the store shelves, it seems out of place w/no snow. LOL
And deer hunting opens this coming Sat. so I'm sure the hunters wouldn't mind a bit of snow for tracking.
Just keep it off the roads & I can deal w/it. LOL
We live in the Land of the Free only because of the Brave!
