does anyone know what model the hp laptop was on sale for $298 from 11/7/-11/13? 2|2|Clay no answer, BUT, it would also depend on the laws in your state, for example, in CT if an item is a food item, and it scan higher than the price displayed, you get it free, upto 20.00. If it is more than 20.00 you get 20 off the price. I got a huge box of cereal at BJ's because of this, and pay a lots of attention at the supermarkets, where they make mistakes constantly. Also in CT the retailer has to honor, the display price, if it less than what it rings up, no matter what kind of item it is. Food or not. If it rings up LESS, you get it for that price...if it rings up at a higher price...then you get it price adjusted to what it was supposed to be..... no extra discount.
Plus that price was only supposed to be for 11/7 and only for like 4 hours....but if the store still had any, they did continue to offer them for the $298 price. It had a special SKU number or something on it.... just like the Xbox 360's did... I'm guessing for the promo price it was a special shipment.
