It's Bingo to win turkeys, chickens, hams, summer sausage, cheese, steaks, etc. We've usually been pretty lucky in previous years & donate some of our winnings to the church for their Community Thanksgiving & Christmas dinners. We also check w/our pastor to find out if there is an individual or family in need & help them out too. It's a win-win situation for everyone. :)

At the 1st Poultry Party Sat. night, neither my mom or I won anything. LOL
And altho things didn't seem to be starting out much better at yesterday's Poultry Party, we did finally have a little better luck - my mom won a hen turkey, block of cheese & half a big roll of summer sausage besides a door prize. Things weren't looking too promising for me til closer to the end when I finally won a big block of Sharp Cheddar cheese & a deli tray of assorted sliced cheeses.
Now this morning, my stomach is acting up so it's either something I ate there that didn't agree w/me or it was all the smoke. It's a bar & hall combo & since I'm not used to being in smokey environments anymore, I feel like I'm hung over this morning! LOL I didn't feel it bothered me too much while there but maybe it did & was just going to surprise me this morning. LOLOL
ETA: I think I need to eat some of that cheese today! ROFL!!
