Of course, I was one of the crazy ones..
my brother n law wanted the xbox 360 for his son. got that
got the laptop..not sure if we are keeping it for haley or not.. but that was an ordeal.
got there at 5:30 this morning....at 8 when they were suppose to start selling was told the truck wasn't there..
they didn't know if they would give us slips to come back at noon or not.. after several tired, grumpy complainers..
the manager decided to take the first 25 names and we could go back at noon. AT noon they still didn't have them,
but finally at 1 the truck gets there. so i got one...It doesn't have the built in camera that haley wants..so i'm going to have
to wait till she goes to school on monday to try it out with a webcam thingy and see what i think.
and of course, our toys r us are suppose to have the zhu zhu hamsters from hell tomorrow morning starting at 9 am.
I called just now to verify and she said..the truck isn't expected in until after midnight.. and they are hoping they have some on the truck?

SO i'm thinking if toys r us can have a truck tomorrow.. maybe our walmart will? so I'll be pounding pavement again tomorrow
early to try and find these things....grr grr...grr... yeah, I'm griping.. but I LOVE it... LOL
my hubby said I had that look of a wild woman this morning at walmart...LOL I told him..could have been the reason that I didn't go to bed
until 1:30 and then I was up at 5. Now that I'm thinking about this...he probably wanted me to act like a "wild woman"....instead of looking like one...
ehehehehehehehe....
back to the xbox and laptop ordeal..I get to walmart..stand in the laptop/xbox 360 line.. and then they say...all the laptop people over here,
all the xbox360 people over here... I"M like..HELLO...what about ME who wants one of each...he says.. make a decision??? can you believe that...
but luckily for me... my cheery personality got me some friends and the mom who had her teenage daughter with her just wanting one game system says..
you go to your laptop line and we'll keep your space and/or get the xbox for you.. wasn't that extremely nice??? SO in the meantime..I called myhubby and told
him I needed him...so he came to walmart and replaced me in the laptop line..while i went back and got in line for the 360..SO yes...I feel like i've worked today.
my brother n law..comes over...and gets the xbox and he's like..thank you man..your awesome...i'm like uh huh....LOL I told him he owed me big time. (but little does he
know..i like the excitement of getting in line and all the craziness that goes with it)... It was pretty fun...i'm in line with these women...and one goes and buys a box of donuts
and then we all get drinks..we were having a mini party... what was funny...like 4 of us had black shirts on..and we had white powder from the donuts all over us....
SIGH.. I can't wait till tomorrow for zhu zhu frenzy... LOL
ok..I'm done now...can you tell...I need to share my excitement with someone. Copper and bella just don't understand what I'm talking about sometimes!! : ) 1|1|You go girl....We didn't go, those were great deals but we already have the 360 and a couple laptops. I was tempted to try for a Xbox 360....figured if I got there at 6AM that would be sufficient. My DH talked me out of it by telling me he expected the line to start around 4 AM!!!! I just couldn't attempt THAT long of a wait. I don't know what time the line REALLY started or how bad it was....but I DO hope to be at Walmart at midnight to try to get a few hamsters. I sure don't thrive on the thrill of the hunt....nor enjoy the excitement. So all hail to those people who DO have that drive!!! (I have my sister for this stuff---thank heavens!!

When I was a kid my to way older than me brothers were in the military so we had christmas when both of them would be home.
