I FIND MYSELF eatting all time just because i wanna taste food not because im hungry im very over weight and had lapband surgery but still want to eat all the time this is a terrible battle to fight im doing ok with weightloss but it could be lots better if i would stick to the lifestyle changes like no candy, sugars breads etc grrrr i cant stop eatting i want to eat to just feel the chocolate melt in my mouth or to feel the creamy icecream melt i think im losing my mind

I think it is a comfort thing because when I am at home I will be fine, an occasional slip up but at work I eat non stop, even whenI am not hungry. Part of it could be stress too, that what I atribute it too.
I use to eat no junk food at all,drank water, hot tea in the winter, and it never bothered me. once I started with the junk food now I am always picking. I do healthy too so I guess it evens itself out but would love to really get rid of the junk altogether
