when we first moved to the area and lived in an apartment, everything was peachy. then new neighbors moved in and all went well for a few months, except for a funny smell that would come into our bathroom when we turned the vent on to shower. then a little brown bug showed up one day, I had never seend one in my life and grew up in th country. Hubby informs me it is a ROUCH!!! Ewwwwwwwwwwwww, get it off, get it off,,yuck!! Promptly went out the next day and got a ton of traps and spray, the checkput girl must have wondered what the heck (ps: used coupons of course) stuck them all over the place and covered the bathroom vent. the owners of the building sprayed a few times but neighbors would never let them in. finally demanded access after a few months when other neighbors complained (not sure hwy they didnt get traps too but oh well...) kept them out of our place. the exteminator told me they gravitate to clean areas, can you believe that...a roach wants a clean place to live..ROFL...It was so gross...
they had to total the apt when the people moved out and replace the carpet, etc...Thank God the new neighbors were clean people
