And we have massive snowstorm in the plains - throughout Colorado's Front Range and foothill region it has been snowing in earnest since Wednesday morning. Just east of the foothills which includes Denver, snowfall amounts have averaged between 10 and 20 inches. The foothills and high mountains just to the west have reported amounts upwards of 3 feet! What a storm! In open areas, high winds are creating blizzard conditions with visibility under 100 feet at times! We have a report out of southern Wyoming of drifts to 8 feet high! according to Accu-Weather.
