Hello folks! The 11th round is now over. There are (28) players for the next round.
I'll start off by saying that I'm also picky when it comes to fish. I'm not a big seafood eater (I won't eat clams, calamari, lobster, crab, oysters, mahi mahi, salmon); I will eat fried shrimp and mild sea fish like cod, halibut, and orange roughie. And I like most fresh-water fish...crappie, bream, bass, pike, trout, and CATFISH. As a kid, there wasn't much better on a hot summer day than going to the nearest pond with some CATFISH Charlie, chicken livers, and a fishing rod to fish for my favorite fish -- CATFISH! Channel cat is what you'll find in most ponds around here. Flathead catfish can be found in the rivers and some streams as well. CATFISH has a mild flavor, and is best breaded with cornmeal, flour and seasonings -- then deep-fried to a light brown, or until the fish floats at the top of the grease. Add some fries and beer hush puppies...and you got some good eatin'.

....We did the same thing to skin catfish. That's nearly the only way to skin the tough-skinned things. That's what children are for...cheap child labor! LOL
