Hi all...
Just wanting to let everyone know before I start posting who I am... My name is Melissa Robbins and I was banned quite some time ago for using two different accounts...I could not remember my password to one of my other accounts and so I made another account...and before I realized it was against the rules to have two accounts and I was banned. I have emailed the administrator and asked them to reinstate my account however she stated that I would have to have someone start a thread for me and ask how everyone felt about reinstating my account. I asked a couple of people and they didn't feel comfortable doing this...so I am starting a thread on my own to see how it all works out. I am under the impression that this is okay and this would be by new username and my old usernames are inactive...
History: I was on the btl I believe in 2004 but cleared all trades....and have not been back on... Life happened and I didn't send my end to several trades however I did take care of them once life settled down a bit... no excuses.. I was wrong but have learned from my mistake. I do not believe that I have any outstanding trades at this time... If someone sees my name and knows something that I do not please email me..

and we chatted then you came back under another name banned again and then did it again and then that is when you got soooo nasty with me went at me like a in a nasty way Me who stood up to you. So if we have a vote my vote is no why should you get and special treatment other banned traders don't and for good reason and those reasons should be held in place for everyone who has been banned jmo 2|1|This gives you a third username which the mods are supposed to then ban. You can't start a new username when they banned your 2 old ones. Since you have a bad history here....why not just join a new/different board? It would be wise for anyone to think twice about ripping people off if you want to join Kweb cuz if you do, you're done there. No viewing the boards, nothing, nada. But if you're a GOOD trader & keep your nose clean, it's a great, safe place to do biz. :)

I use to post here and forgot my password and signed up again and before I knew it i was banned for having two useraccounts....It only happened once and I am not sure where teener is getting her information on it happening more than once....however I have contacted the mods and they suggested that I have someone start a post for me... I have traded with many on this board since the 2004 incident and have had no problems... I am not on the bad trader list now...and do not plan on it happening again... I couldn't get anyone to post for me because they stated that people can get very defensive and they just didn't want to deal with it... so I understood... I took it upon myself to start the post...at this time they only negative one I really see is from teener and i seriously do not remember attacking teener as my second account was banned within a day or so... so I don't remember attacking her... like I said if I did i apologize for that...
I put my trading history in there just to be honest and up front...again I was on the bad trader list way back then and have not been on again....all trades are cleared up....

you started another username/account even though you acknowledge that you are not allowed to do so. I personally feel that, no matter what you did in the past and cleared up, the simple fact that you are not following the rules of this board NOW means you fail to respect the moderator of these boards.
Does that make sense? If one of my children sneaks a cookie and I catch him and tell him "no more cookies" and then he does it again, it makes it wrong. Then let him go a few days (in your case, a few years)... and have him come to me and ask for a cookie and I say "maybe" (like you asked to have an account, according to you the mod said get someone to post?? that sounds strange to me but hey, oh well) and then before I can give a clear answer, he sneaks another cookie (like you took it upon yourself to start a new username and make this post).
Without a doubt this board stands together against past bad traders. Even more so, we stand by our trused members, so if teener says you were rude to her, I am behind her 110%.

A) You said you couldn't remember your password to one of your other accounts, which is what got you banned in the 1st place cuz you'd opened a 2nd account.

B) So you wouldn't open yet ANOTHER, 3rd account, which you acknowledged in your OP you now know is against the board rules to have more than 1 account. 15|1|In the end, it is the Mod's choice. There have been MULTIPLE people who have used two user names because they forgot their passwords. Many of these people are still board members. Even banned members have been allowed back, because in the end, it is the Mod's choice. If this lady is not on Garnette's BTL, and the Mod's allow her back, so be it. 20|3|It is my understanding from this post that she wasn't banned for being a bad trader, so having people vote doesn't seem like a good idea. This board doesn't ban Bad Traders. They ban people who violate the Terms of Service. 23|6|I see what youre saying about the votes....it may be hypocritical for someone who has had the same situations (bad trades, more than one acct, etc) vote...that makes sense too. I dont think a vote is necessary, myself. Those that have had two accts because they forgot their info to sign in are usually more than happy to contact the mods and get the old info once that has been brought to their attention.....but when someone comes back with three or maybe even four accts, that goes beyond 'oops, I forgot my info'. I apologize for the mistakes I have made and just thought i could have a second chance however I see that is not going to happen and my intention was not to cause strife between other members on the board... I don't like the idea of a vote because why is one person's vote more important than anothers.
I mean, a current member who has had more than one user name could vote to not let Melissa come back, or a current member who has a bad trader comment in their feedback,or a current member who was once banned could vote to
not have Melissa come back.
Somehow, that seems very wrong to me.
