Wow! and I'm usually the one who has problems with free item coupons.
The cashier even voided the order to then proceed to take of the tax because it was "free" and I told her that Uncle Sam had to have his cut and she did it correctly the first time...so I paid my $.18 tax and left w/o any problems.

I had a store try to refuse the free Dr. Pepper over the summer because they thought it was internet printed. I kept the entire letter and the envelope it came it. I have started to do that for all of those coupons that look like IPs.
