I wanted to catch you up on what my status is with my surgery.
As you know, I was to have out-patient surgery on Tuesday, Nov. 6th, to have my battery replaced for my Neurostimulator located in my back.
Things happen in life that are unexpected & that is what happened. My surgery got postponed, I am on stand by, so they can call me at anytime to have surgery. No I am not a HAPPY camper about all of this, it's been 4 weeks now. I am very limited as what I can do so the best thing for Todd & I to do is just PRAY that they call soon, very soon. If my doctor is unable to get me in by the end of next week, then I will go to a different neuro-surgeon in Little Rock, to have it done.
I was able to see my Pain Specialist Doctor, who did up the strength of my narcotic I take "Dilaudid". The longer I go without a Battery, the more pain I am in! Let's just pray that they call very, very soon!!

My husband has been a WONDERFUL thru all of this, I don't know what I would do without him. He has put up with ALOT from me and I thank God each day for giving me my soul mate and the love of my life!
