I am so bored, hubby is snoring away and here I am again wide awake. I lay in bed and think... I know I shouldn't.. and worry.. I know I shouldnt, then I cant sleep. I am my own worst enemy! So here I sit.. anyone have any suggestions to turn my mind off for awhile?? I eventually sleep, but then I get up late in the am and want to stop thatI got up early today, but again I cant sleep..
I am on meds to help me sleep, they dont work, Im on meds to help me not think at night, they dont work.. Can ya tell Im in a manic bi-polar phase? I can, but how do I stop it.. the meds help, but they don't take it away... sorry for rambling.. HAGN all!
