A trader ordered 25 forms from me and I sent them out immediately. I had posted all the information regarding the forms including the box number and all the details. Everything was correct as stated.
She received the forms and apparently decided she only wanted 15. She didn't ask me, just returned 10 forms. She only sent payment for the 15. She did not send the payment when the trade was made. She waited until she received the package to send payment.
I consider this whole thing wrong and unethical. She disagrees. What is your opinion? Could you trust this person for future trades?

thats not right....first she should have sent her end when the trade was finalized, second, if she later realized she didnt need the other 10 she should have tried to trade them herself.....sorry someone did this to you! 2|1|September has been an odd month in trading for me too... between "I forgot to mail" and "I was sick", I had a number of "held" trades. She ordered the 25 forms from me and was responsibile to pay for the 25 forms. She should have sent payment immediately.
My feeling about ethics is that even though she changed her mind, she should have not sent the 10 forms back. She made the deal and confirmed it and she should have stuck with it.
Of course, if there is a a mutual agreement about a return, well that is different.

If she had just communicated with me and said she made a mistake, messed up or whatever, I would have understood and felt differently about this.

It was not ethical nor was it very honest on her part.
1st of all, she should not have held her end w/out ok-ing it w/you 1st & 2nd of all, she should not have shorted you on what she owed you for those 25 forms. If she changed her mind about not wanting so many forms, that's something she should've discussed w/you BEFORE she took it upon herself to alter the agreed upon trade. If she didn't, then she was required to pay the h/f she'd already agreed to pay & either trade those other 10 forms herself, sent them as "xtras" in other trades or eaten them up.
And yes, leave the appropriate feedback & then add her to your "Do not trade with" list.

Due to recent problem trades, if I haven't traded w/you before, I will probably require you send your end 1st or I'll need LEGIT trade references/feedback. I will be happy to provide the same.
