im a a down point i never thought i could get this low, ive been struggling an di feel a everyday struggle i cant fight my busband left then i moved him bk in and left again ,i lost my job then found out i habe vreast cancer....and he was and is the only thing i had or have..we are milyary my youngest has been there thru it all and no 8 yr should have to ..
i feel as tho if i wasnt here it would make things easier ....im not as strong as i thought im alone scared and have no one....

I am not a huge church goer/bible reading person, but I do know, and can guarantee that you are never alone. I have learned that many times over in life. I went thru breast cancer 2 years ago now, and the help I got from everyone on this board and people in life was what kept me going at times. I do not mean financial help, but just the push to keep a smile on, and to keep believing all would be fine.
Your 8 yr old may have seen more than you feel an 8yr should have seen so far, but it is up to you to help him or her understand that (as my mom used to say) what does not kill us, makes us stronger. Marital problems suck-Bill and I had many early on. Are we rock solid now? No, not always. But we are better as we have matured. What you need to do is to decide what is best for you and your 8 yr old-you are the 2 most important people in that decision. Your husband is also important, but you need your mental strength for fighting the cancer, and your child has no real choice at this age. This board is great for listening, and offering some invaluable insight.....but always remember that it is your relationship and that our opinions may not work for you....

For some reason, life gives us lots of up and downs. AND sometimes, we are so low that we never think we will get back up.
We all have them.....I am sorry that you are going thru tough times right now. but hang in there. LIfe will get better. just
don't let everything get to you. I know it's easier said then done... but i've been there...I've had to do it. And you will too!!! Hugs!!
