Usually the payment is on the 28th but was on the 27th for some reason this time. Anyway they are charging me 29.99 and I talked to several people, lots of supervisors and they all said no waiving the fee. I have always been able to wave fees in such a circumstance. I haven't done this in years. I am shocked at how strict they are. Had to vent. Carol

I'm sorry they are being like that. That is one steep late feet (my funny typo which I caught and decided to leave because it made me laugh!-- I mean FEE) too.
