I was asked to help out w/something today & I said no, something I rarely do! Actually, I simply said I couldn't but the thing is, I very, very rarely turn anyone down when they ask me for something, & for sooooo long, I've stretched myself thinner & thinner, ending up getting stressed out from running in all different directions some days & not getting much of anything done at home cuz I'd be too tired from all the running. I honestly can't remember the last time I said no to something & it feels SOOOO good, even if there's a tinge of guilt mixed in. LOL
Please identify yourself in 1st email w/name/username. Due to recent problem trades, if I haven't traded w/you before, I will probably require you send your end 1st or I'll need LEGIT trade references/feedback. I will be happy to provide the same. IF you plan to hold your end til you've received mine, I will need to know that IMMEDIATELY, BEFORE trade is finalized.

It has happened to me a few times that I've had to say no and I didn't feel guilty about it!! I know many people who take advantage of others and that's wrong. You can only do so much and being stressed out is not good and will have an effect on your health. You don't have time to get sick anyway-LOL!! I'm sure this was hard, so good for you maraj!! That tinge of guilt went away after a couple hrs. & I'm feeling so much better. :) Been outside puttering around or trimming Newport upc's & it's SO nice not to have to watch the clock thinking I have to go here or there soon. :)
