my kids came home saying that a 13yr old middle school child died today with swine flu..........

they are down playing this so we wont all freak out im in eastern ky and people here havent confirmed any cases but its in grundy va which is about 20 miles away i think all we can do i be prepared we all know to wash hands avoid sick people etc it will just be something we will all have to worry about and pray about

some say possibly related to swine flu..........but they are also saying IF this is swine flu that caused the death.....that it is ONLY the 2nd known death in ky...that a 50 yr old lady died last week with swine flu........BUT a few weeks ago...........in Greenville ky.....job corp....was under quartine because of swine flu.......and it was reported that a 15yr old died in that county........
so unless greenville ky ........isnt considered part of ky anymore......then they should be counting that child too............
news is reporting like crazy...that flu shots are available...ect.........and are plentiful..........but i called 2 trover clinics today...cvs and riteaid.......and no one had any.......
i think around here..........people are just totally unsure as to what they should do......
