was looking for some ideas? Has anyone else had an adult halloween party? and if so any suggestions?
I know what Im making for food and how decorations will go but wanted to know what others have done.
Im sending invites out and wanted to know if I send them out around the 1st,would that be to early?
I want people to be aware its a party and we want them there.

neighborhood scavengers hunt goes well with Halloween split into groups hand out lists of things to get from neighbors now ours is for preteens and teenagers so it isn't that far off of them going door to door but how funny would it be to have a bunch of grown ups going door to door esp if they are dressed up lol We are also haveing a hay ride two wagons and also a creek fire lol If you knew my house you would know that is the same as a bon fire except in our dry creek in front lol of the house there are alot of ideas if you do a search for adult halloween parties here is a link for the hunt lists we are using

We always had at least 3 games, pass the apple using your neck was always fun, always paired up the tallest & smallest, which always brought out good laughs as it's almost impossible for them to get together, other one was take a baby bottle & fill with water or whatever, & time 2 people at a time for fastest time then have a fastest times go against each other for fastest time until 1 person wins, nothing any funnier than a bunch of grownups in costumes sucking on a baby bottle. I can't think of the other game we played, but will let you know when I rememeber what it was. I also gave out prizes for prettiest, ugliest, most original & for the one that stumped me in not knowing who they were until they unmasked. I always sent out my invitations around the 10th, figured that was plenty of time & they wouldn't misplace them. I always made all the food but they had to byob if they drank. The funniest party was one that had the whole fire dept. here & the alarm went off, no time to change, so everyone had to go to the fire in costume. Luckily it was a minor fire, but it was pretty hilarious since the chief was dressed as a vampire, the asst. chief was a lady, we had a flasher, a pimp & several other funny costumes, that was at this fire. I know I was dressed as witch, green face & all, & had to go & run the radio. The sherrif's dept., was on the scene & they gave us a hard time, they had a good time making fun of us, but it was worth it all. Miss those days. Haven't had a party now in about 10 yr. Maybe it's time I started the tradition over again, since you made me think about it!! Hope this helps, let me know if you have other questions, I might be able to answer.

you get one of those pool noodle and cut idown to like 1/4 long enough for them to pass it between them by using their knees everyone gets in a circle they pass it between their nees and who ever is holding it whne th emusic stops is out keep doing that until two people are left and watch the laughter lol 4|2|those are some good ideas! games are for the kids not adults :o/ but these ideas are great!
