I'm trying to figure out what the model # is to get the rebate. Which mess of #'s on the end flap would be the model # please? There are 3 sets of #'s w/bar codes beneath them & then the very small bar code w/upc # at the bottom. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks! :)
Could the handset model # be the top # on the box flap, as that's also the # that's on the receipt.....

I can receive a $50 Visa gift card. The lady gave me the form & everything for it, but I always have a hard time figuring out what # is the model # on things, unless it specifically says, "Model No.". LOL
