We've had 2 1/2 days of nothing but rain, so the field made for alot of mud....my son jambed his thumb and it's swollen up like a sausage...good gosh, I love football! lol

When my son gets a cold, you'd think the world was going to end - when he's home w/me, he walks around w/a piece of kleenex hanging out of his nose, sniveling, moaning & grumbling. But if a friend or his gf want him to hang out or go somewhere, OMG! The snot rag disappears & there's a miraculous recovery. Won't even carry any tissues w/him. LOL
He'd caught a cold w/half a sore throat just a couple of days before the Blink-182 concert & oh, did he grumble & whine about being SOOOO sick & miserable for that concert. I don't think even a full body traction would've stopped him from going tho. LOL I felt bad for him feeling so crappy for that concert.... Until I talked to his gf's mom the morning after the concert when she said she had NO idea cuz he was just all talkative, happy & laughing like nothing was wrong at all when I brought him to their house the morning of the concert, so she could take his gf & him to meet the train. :-p And of course, I never heard a peep out of him about any cold when he returned home that next night. LOL
Then too, just a few days ago, he'd gotten a mosquito bite by his ankle. It hurt SO bad that he was limping around the house here for TWO days altho he didn't want any Benadryl cream or anything on it (it wasn't swollen so just that little pinkish bump from the bite). Was asked to stay overnight at a friend's that 2nd night & voila! No more limping. LOLOL
