They also paid my car insurance for 2 monts and my electic bill for next month. I feel happy. They are also going to write letters to all my husbads medical bills an d take care of the bills. That is one big load off my mind.
Got home and laid down and tornado sirens went off, I gathers up my 4 oldest cats ut them in the bathroom and turned the computer off, I notice the two neighbors acroos the street were on their porchs watching the storm and it was poring rain,but is ok I am safe.
The morning started out bad spent 3 hours on the phone trying to get phone bills straighten out. it seems that someone set up accounts online in my name with a different email address and had my bills sent to their computer in doint this they can change my service and I would not know about it and also put extra services on and take services off. Come to find out the phone can not tell me the email on my account so I can fid out where the infor is going with out a password. I told them I did not put my phone accounts online, after 5 people and 3 hours on the phone I was able to put a pass word on my phone accounts but can not put a stop to my bill going to a cell phone. IT seems that my bill can come up a any cell phone and the person who is not on the acoount can see what I own and how many minutes I have. I just got new cells phones and I do not like this idea. The phone company (AT&T) is really starting to make me !!!!!! very unhappy. What happened to have you account private I guess I am from the old times (65). I did finally get the email address and get part of my phone bill off the internet and get a pass word on the land lines but not the cell phones, as I understand it, anyone can get into a cell phone bill to see a person bill and service. After 3 hours on the phone I gave up and will call another time. Did find out that if someone sets up a account online with your phone number and ss# and a password you can not get access to the account info. I had to go to a supervisor and still could not get it fixed.
I did get a password on my account so noone can call in and get into my account. I guess that is the best I can do.
